Warranty Policy

At Torbeyinos Fencing, we take pride in the quality of our workmanship. We offer a limited warranty covering installation-related defects for a period of 1 year from the date of project completion.

This warranty applies only to workmanship and includes issues directly related to improper installation.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by weather, storms, or natural events

• Normal wear and tear over time

• Natural characteristics of materials (including wood warping, cracking, shrinking, or fading)

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third parties

• Ground movement, soil conditions, or environmental factors

• Any alterations or repairs made by others after installation

Warranty claims must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after the issue is noticed.

Torbeyinos Fencing reserves the right to inspect and determine whether the issue falls under warranty coverage.

If applicable, we will repair the issue. Refunds are not provided.
